Tell us any information you think will help us to create your perfect invitations.
Please email us the wording for your invitations; if you require additional items such as order of service or menus, thewording for these can be sent through separately at a later date once details have been finalised with your venue.
We also need the following information:
• Quantity required for each item
• Your chosen Typestyles and ink colours
• Your chosen card colours
• Your chosen ribbon colour
• Any Motifs or Dividers you would like to include
• Which eyelet colour you would like
(Maia, Ellery, Luggage label, Place card and Menu tag only)
• Delivery Address (a signature will be required)
Proofs
Typically within two working days of receiving your order we’ll email proofs for your approval. Please check all the details carefully as your plates will be engraved and invitations printed using this text. Please email us if any changes or amendments are needed, we’ll then repeat the proof process until you are completely happy the proofs are correct.
Reprints
Reprints are available, but will incur additional costs as we have to reset the printing press. Therefore we would always suggest you order a few extras of any items.
Payment
We will email an order confirmation to you together with your proofs. This will confirm exactly what you’ve ordered and the ways to pay. Payment is required before we can have your plates engraved and go to print on your order. Payment is accepted via most major credit and debit cards, cheque or bank transfer.

Delivery
Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the final approval or payment date (whichever is later) for us to create and dispatch your invitations.
Your invitations will be dispatched via courier on a next day service. We can email you to confirm dispatch of your invitations.
Subject to availability, we offer an express order service for an additional £50. Please contact us for more information.
