Delivery
Please allow 4 to 5 weeks from the final approval or payment date (whichever is later) for us to create and dispatch your invitations.
Your invitations will be dispatched via courier on a next day service. We can email you to confirm dispatch of your invitations.
Refund, Replacement and Cancellation terms
As all our stationery is personalised to your specific requirements we can only offer refunds or exchanges if the stationery is found to be damaged or does not meet your order specifications. Any work in progress must be paid for in full.

Quantities
There is a minimum order quantity of 20 units.
Recommended order quantities:
Wedding/ Evening Invitations/ Acceptance Cards - 1 per household
Order of Service Cards - 1 per guest, plus extras for the clergy, choir, registrar and others
Menus - These can either be given to each guest or arranged randomly around the tables
Place Cards - 1 per guest
Thank You Cards - 1 per household. Don’t forget gifts may also be received from guests not able to attend the wedding.
Remember to order a few extras of each for any last minute changes.
Menu and Order of Service Details
If not supplied with the original order, these details should be returned as soon as possible and no less the six weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Any information that is supplied by the customer for replication by Cardlab should be provided to us as typed material (preferably by email that clearly states the order to which the information corresponds). Any handwritten material should be completed clearly and using block capitals. Cardlab cannot accept any responsibility for errors in spelling if the customer supplies handwritten material.

The images shown on this web site aim to give as true a likeness as is possible as to the designs that will be replicated on our products. However, as each product is individually handcrafted it is therefore inevitable that minor characteristic differences may occur between products. In particular, there may be slight colour fluctuations when comparing the final product with samples and/or images seen on the website due to the nature of the materials used. Colour fluctuations and the like can be minimised by ordering all your items at the same time. Cardlab accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing upon the materials used.
Cardlab will endeavour to meet the exact specification as given by the customer when producing their products. However, occasionally, due to reasons beyond our control, materials used in a sample sent out to customers may need to be substituted with another material of comparable or higher quality. It is preferable that we receive all the components of your final order at the same time. Cardlab can then ensure design continuity throughout the entire order. If additional items are added to the order at a later stage, it is likely that these items will also be made using the exact same materials as complimentary items within the order. However, Cardlab cannot guarantee that this will be the case and cannot be held responsible for any minor design artwork fluctuations that may occur (e.g. slight difference in colour shades etc). We reserve the right to change prices or products without prior notice.

Free Proofs
Free proofs will be sent electronically for all our orders. Please check all details on your proof thoroughly, particularly spellings of names and dates. Once you are happy all the details are correct simply send us an email confirming approval. On receipt of this confirmation your order will be progressed to print and dispatched.
Colour Schemes
Reproduction of colours are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the genuine article.
Governing Law
English law applies to all matters arising from our stationery service.
